AVN was pleased to be selected again for Coda Groups fourth foray into the gastronomic world. Receiving a "Best of Boston-2013" award, The Salty Pig was a huge success. Located in Boston's Back Bay's Copley Square.
Located on the line of famous Boston neighborhoods, Back Bay and South End, the Salty Pig is a neighborhood focused restaurant with an emphasis on charcuterie. Featuring a wide range of "Salty Pig Parts" in the form of house made meats and hand selected cheeses, The Salty Pig's menu is designed to be mixed and matched to create personalized charcuterie boards. Fresh, locally grown seasonal ingredients rotate frequently to make stone-grilled pizzas, hand made pastas and regional Italian entrees. The Salty Pig’s bar features value driven Old World wines, American craft beer and specialty cocktails.
Canary Square is the rustic and casual neighborhood spot known for enjoying classic American cuisine with a creative culinary twist. Warmly furnished with a bar of reclaimed wood and chairs made from recycled material, owners Michael Moxley and Jim Cochener have created an inviting setting designed for Jamaica Plain residents and beyond.
Our kitchen offers a wide range of savory dishes prepared with locally grown seasonal ingredients available at both the bar and main dining area. Featuring an extensive wine, beer and cocktail selection, Canary Square is the perfect local spot for a quick bite and drinks or a leisurely dinner. For hours and directions, view our location page.
Canary Square is named after William Canary. Canary was a Jamaica Plain resident who served in the 101st Infantry Division, and lost his life at St. Mihiel, France, September 12th, 1918.
Coda Bar & Kitchen was established in 2007 making it the first restaurant in the Coda Restaurant Group. We are proud to be located in Boston's South End near the corner of Columbus Ave. and Dartmouth St. and just down the street from the historic Copley Square. We find inspiration for our rotating selection of American comfort cuisine through local farms, markets, and producers. Our food is complimented by a full bar focused on American craft beer, old world wine, and creative, seasonal cocktails. We are a short walk from Back Bay Station and the Dartmouth Street parking garage.
